The Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA) is seeking an Executive Director who is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the SCPPA. The Executive Director sets the professional “tone” for the entire enterprise. This position must consistently elevate performance metrics, financial results, and service delivery for the benefit of Members/Owners in each of the affiliated energy entities that make up Southern California Public Power Authority. The Executive Director is responsible for attracting and hiring competent staff, developing “best in class” business practices, working effectively with multiple Members and external stakeholders, and fostering a stimulating, creative work experience for all employees. The Executive Director is the public face of SCPPA.
