North County Transit District is seeking a Human Resources Director.  As our next Human Resources Director, you will consult with leaders to design or re-engineer solutions for team effectiveness and manage large-scale organizational changes. You will distill numerous ideas into meaningful actions and culturally relevant recommendations. Our teams will benefit from your ability to define and articulate business strategy and resolve issues stemming from conflicts or ambiguities in roles, responsibilities, and work processes. The Human Resources Director will be an integral partner of the leadership team to facilitate the rapid growth of the organization that is expected over the next 2 years. North County Transit District is currently insourcing rail delivery services that are currently contracted out and this will double the size of the agency to nearly 300 employees.
