Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking a Director, Human Resources (HRIS).  This position plans, directs, and oversees the activities of a unit within the Human Resources (HR) Department, such as Recruitment, Compensation, Employment and HR Records, and Workforce Well-Being Services Programs.  The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing Human Resources Information Systems Management solutions, as well as experience performing complex classification and compensation activities related to developing, implementing, and maintaining an agency's compensation system.
