CPS HR Consulting is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer. Chief Human Resources Officer performs difficult and complex executive level work in leading the Human Resources Department, and provides key executive leadership as part of the senior leader team; works closely with the CEO and other senior leaders on activities, decisions, and policies to provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization; provides human resources policy direction and oversight; develops programs and recommendations; resolves disputes concerning application or interpretation of laws, policies and procedures; and, coordinates HR activities with other departments. Additionally, the CHRO administers and oversees Workplace Investigations contracted by CPS HR clients. The next Chief Human Resources Officer will be a seasoned human resources professional who possesses the creativity and flexibility to function effectively within CPS HR’s entrepreneurial and progressive environment.
