The Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is seeking a Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, and develop the Human Resources functions that span across the Government, Gaming Commission, Surveillance, and Rolling Hills Clinics. The Director of Human Resources will set and provide a high standard of vision, leadership, and direction for the Tribe’s Human Resources efforts, including but not limited to the attraction, recruitment and selection, employee retention, training and development, employee safety and risk management, employee performance evaluations, position control, strategic and tactical compensation, benefits administration, and records management while promoting and maintaining a friendly, positive, diverse and inclusive workplace experience. Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is seeking an enthusiastic leader with the ability to quickly and effectively assess, engage with, and acclimate to the organization’s needs. This role requires creative ability and resourcefulness in the analysis and solution of complex problems. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
