Santa Clara Valley Water District is seeking a Total Rewards and Data Analytics Human Resources Manager. The Total Rewards and Data Analytics Human Resources Manager will oversee the areas of Classification & Compensation, HRIS & Data Analytics, in addition to Benefits & Wellness. This Manager will be instrumental in providing recommendations utilizing multiple data types, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions. They will be critical to providing data-generated resources to produce decision-making. They will also have the opportunity to lead the preparation of Valley Water’s Classification/ Compensation system, including classification reviews, pay practices, salary surveys, annual equity reviews, and the development of incentive programs. This person will also ensure Valley Water benefits programs remain competitive to attract and retain employees and will oversee the Benefits and Wellness team in the open enrollment process, benefit offerings, and general wellness programs. Collaboration with Valley Water’s Human Resources and Executive Leadership teams to identify system improvements and enhancements then recommend and guide the implementation of solutions with be a top priority.


Location: San Jose, California
Salary: $159,536.00 - $203,777.60
