The City of Farmersville is seeking a City Manager. The City Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of municipal operations and administration across City departments. Core duties include providing visionary leadership by establishing and executing strategic plans aligned with City Council goals; skillfully managing financial resources through budgeting and fiscal oversight; spearheading capital projects, grant administration, and economic development initiatives; cultivating a positive organizational culture focused on high performance and professional development; serving as the liaison between the City Council, staff, and community stakeholders; and proactively pursuing partnerships and collaborations that benefit Farmersville’s growth and prosperity. The City Manager must exemplify exceptional management capabilities, strategic foresight, financial acumen, and a steadfast commitment to engaging the community while upholding public service excellence.
