This pivotal role oversees a diverse portfolio including garbage and recycling services, watershed protection, municipal and recycled water management, sustainability initiatives, and operations of the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven executive leadership in managing large-scale programs and budgets, extensive knowledge of wastewater, stormwater, and freshwater facilities, as well as environmental regulations.
