Serving over 250,000 IHSS recipients and 200,000 providers, the ED will oversee key operations such as provider enrollment, training, and background checks, while managing a $6 million budget and a team of 55 employees. This leader will be responsible for advocating on behalf of IHSS recipients and providers at the state level, ensuring compliance with labor agreements, and collaborating with statewide organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, community engagement, and financial management skills, with a deep passion for empowering seniors and individuals with disabilities to live independently.
