City of Fort Worth is seeking an experienced housing and neighborhood development leader to serve as Assistant Director of Neighborhood Services. This pivotal role will manage a diverse portfolio, including housing and community development, neighborhood revitalization, rehabilitation programs, and public service agency initiatives. The Assistant Director will also oversee substantial federal and state grants, such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery and PRO Housing grants, while assisting in implementing the City’s Neighborhood Conservation Plan and Housing Affordability Strategy. The ideal candidate should have a history of managing innovative programs, addressing challenges like housing repair backlogs, and optimizing neighborhood improvement efforts. Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000
