As the Public Works Operations Director, you will lead a dedicated team of 75 employees across multiple divisions, managing essential infrastructure and services including: street maintenance and storm drainage, water distribution and treatment, sewer collection and wastewater treatment, street lighting and traffic signals, electrical systems, and facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong team-building and organizational development skills, using a structured, process-oriented management approach. They have experience across multiple public works disciplines, proven success in breaking down silos and fostering collaboration, and are committed to public service excellence. With proven expertise in budget management and resource allocation, they ensure efficient and effective operations.
