Tahoe Truckee Sanitation Agency (TTSA) is seeking a General Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in public utility leadership, deep knowledge of wastewater operations, and a collaborative, visionary approach to organizational management and community service. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all Agency operations, including strategic planning, infrastructure development, financial management, regulatory compliance, and public engagement. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Agency-wide policies and procedures, overseeing the budget and capital improvement planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, and advising the Board on current issues and long-term strategies.
TTSA is seeking a seasoned, steady, and strategic leader with a strong background in public utility administration and a proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in wastewater operations, regulatory compliance, and capital project delivery, along with deep knowledge of local, state, and federal laws. The ideal candidate will also be financially astute, skilled in budgeting and administration, and bring a track record of delivering results through sound planning and execution. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to represent TTSA effectively with stakeholders, the public, and governing bodies. Above all, the next General Manager will embody integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and public service in the Tahoe-Truckee region.

Salary: $244,955.20 - $312,631.81
