Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this position serves as the operational anchor of the department. The Assistant Director plays a central, hands-on role in day-to-day financial operations while partnering closely with leadership to implement improved systems, reinforce internal controls, and ensure reliable financial reporting. The role is structured to provide meaningful exposure to executive-level responsibilities and is well suited for a professional seeking continued growth toward a Finance Director position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct oversight of daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial close
- Leadership of utility billing operations and implementation of a new billing system
