Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA)
is seeking a Senior Administrative Analyst. As a Senior Administrative Analyst, you will serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, leading high-impact initiatives that shape housing programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance across the agency.
In this influential role, you will play a key part in the senior management and oversight of complex housing programs, directing critical U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reporting, compliance, and performance-monitoring activities. You will use data analysis to inform decisions, improve processes, and lead the development of innovative policies, systems, and operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders to advance agency goals, enhance service delivery, and support the Authority’s commitment to equitable and accessible housing.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled project manager, and collaborative problem-solver who excels at translating complex information into actionable solutions. This position offers the opportunity to plan and direct a wide range of assignments to support housing programs and operations, prepare reports and presentations for leadership and governing boards, and serve as a trusted liaison with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
