The City of Bell Gardens (pop. 44,000) is seeking an experienced public sector leader to provide strategic guidance and leadership for all City functions and services. Bell Gardens was incorporated as a general law city in 1961 and is part of the Gateway Cities Region, or Southeast Los Angeles County, a largely urbanized area located between the City of Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Pacific Ocean. Bell Gardens really lives up to its nickname “Hub of Progress’ with many successful programs and community services that supports its residents.
