The City seeks a successful change agent, with a demonstrable history of leadership, who understands the challenges of staff management in a Communications Center environment and possesses the ability to create a supportive and productive work environment. The next Director will be a collaborative relationship builder who values the opinions of others and sharing of ideas but is comfortable in providing a dissenting viewpoint.
