Monterey County, Social Services is searching for a Deputy Director, Community Benefits. The Deputy Director plans, implements, coordinates and directs the Department of Social Services’ Community Benefits program which includes: CalWORKs, General Assistance, Medi-Cal, and CalFRESH; supervises staff in providing program and/or administrative services; and, does other work as required to support the Department’s mission. The ideal candidate will be a strong, seasoned leader with a proven track record of implementing human services programs to meet the needs of the community.
