Santa Clara County Housing Authority is seeking a Housing Compliance Manager. Under general direction from the Assistant Director of Housing: Compliance, the Housing Compliance Manager exercises general and direct supervision over professional, technical, and administrative support staff; administers, manages, organizes, and monitors quality assurance and program integrity functions and activities for the Santa Clara County Housing Authority; develops and implements strategic plans and overall business objectives for assigned programs; manages the effective use of program and project resources to improve organizational productivity and customer service; provides complex and responsible support to the Assistant Director of Housing: Compliance and performs related work as required. The ideal candidate will be a strong manager experienced in the development of policies and procedures; audit functions; development of annual budget; writing and editing of reports; research and investigative techniques; and data analysis. The next Housing Compliance Manager has strong technical and ethical audit foundation and high expectations of themselves and staff while being able to inspire dedication to SCCHA’s mission and the clients served. Exceptional writing ability and the aptitude to advocate and present to the Board of Commissioners, other elected officials and stakeholders is a must.
