Mountain Line Transit is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing the agency’s recruitment efforts, employee retention, benefit administration, hiring and onboarding of new employees, employee relations, policy development, discipline process, performance evaluations, compliance, organizational development, training, and management of leave programs. The Human Resources Manager will be an effective collaborator and network builder, persuasive, sensitive to situations and individuals, and knows how to work within the organizational and political structure. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and a proven track record in local government human resources. Candidates who have experience in a jurisdiction of similar makeup and complexities will be favorably considered.
