is seeking a Housing Director. The Housing Director will supervise and direct department staff and will guide affordable housing efforts and oversee a continuum of initiatives including current and newly developed programs intended to expand accessible housing in Frederick County. This will include but is not limited to: community development programs, developer incentive programs, County owned affordable housing units, rental subsidy programs, homeownership grants and repair programs, and efforts to increase permanent, attainable housing in the County. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Urban Planning, Political Science, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of related Human Services, Housing, or Housing Development work related experience.
