The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking a Vice President of Human Capital. The salary range is commensurate with the market and based on education and experience. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Candidates shall have 14 years of progressively responsible experience in human capital management, development of strategic initiatives, employee benefits, labor unions, talent management and recruitment, including 7 years managing a professional staff. Senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP) is a must! Experience working in the public sector is imperative.
