The Berkeley Public Library is seeking a Director of Library Services.  The Board of Library Trustees is seeking an experienced and visionary leader who values transparency, equity, inclusion, and open, honest communication. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal leadership skills and foster a team environment through collaboration and respectful management. The new Director will think strategically and makes sound decisions. The ability to effectively lead and manage change and address short-term challenges while maintaining a long-term vision are sought.
